Speaker Engage is a multi-user environment. Number of people and storage depends on the plan you choose.
Once an admin has created an account, you will be able to add team members in your ‘My Account’ section. You can add users, assign them roles and give them access to events accordingly. They will then be able to log in using their Email with the password you have created.
You can add speakers by clicking create new on Manage Speakers section. You can also collect speaker data by using ‘Speaker Information’ form available. Also, you have import option.
Speaker Engine comes with inbuilt communication suite. You can notify speakers through one-on-one communication or you can send bulk notifications. There are prebuilt templates that you can choose from or create a new template under Manage Emails section
Yes, email templates can be easily customized, or you can create new one as per your need.
Yes, you can schedule emails both bulk and individual to go at a particular time. You can also edit or change the scheduled communication by going in to scheduling calendar under Manage Emails.
Yes, you can. In the Speaker Management section, you can send them requests, requesting presentations from them. You can also request any documents or information which you require to complete the speaker’s profile.

The Resource List is a repository for all resources related to an event. You can upload and download resources from here. These resources can be documents, pdfs, audio files, videos, images and the likes. It is from this repository from which files are attached into emails sent out from Speaker Engage. Although resources are exclusive to events.
Other than speakers and sponsors, there is another section called the Master List, from where you can communicate to any individual or group you would want involved in your event. From volunteers to attendees.
For an account there are 4 dashboards. A main dashboard for every account and event specific dashboards - Speaker, Sponsor and Master Dashboard. The main dashboard gives you a top level view of all the actions or engagements that has taken place across all events. In the event specific dashboards, the numbers reflect actions within each event.
It is easier for admins or top-level management to keep track of what’s happening within just a glance at the dashboards.
Each event has an assistance form that you can use to get assistance. We have demo session every week, you can schedule a demo from one of our product experts. Tutorial section has a walk-through video that guides you through the experience.
